Welcome to Mi Casa Dune Casa, located steps from the Sand Dunes of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore in the heart of Miller Beach! Everything is updated with lots of room for gathering and fun.

INDOOR LIVING
As you enter the home, you come upon a large dining room with a flatscreen streaming TV, completely open to the kitchen that has a huge island that can almost seat everyone! Lots of counter space for entertaining and equipped with modern appliances. The kitchen is very well stocked for dining and entertaining.
The main level living room features a huge sectional for seating, a 65" flatscreen, and a gas fireplace. From there you can access the backyard through a patio door.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 — King bed, flatscreen streaming TV
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, flatscreen streaming TV

Bunk Room — 2 bunk beds, twins over full

All three main floor bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main level.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level has a lounge feel with a pool table and ping pong topper — pick whatever game you desire! There is another flatscreen, bar stools, a pub table, and couches, so there's room for everyone. A bathroom with shower and the bunk room are also on this level, along with a convenient laundry room.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The backyard is perfectly set up for outdoor fun — ample seating and dining, a hot tub, fenced-in yard, fire pit, and a gas grill. The home has beach access just outside the front door via two public access ways and a short walk to Lake Street Beach.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Miller Beach neighborhood has over 20 miles of interconnected biking and hiking trails, linking the Miller South Shore station, the Douglas Nature Center (western National Park visitor's center), as well as downtown shops and restaurants. Take the Chanute Trail and experience a paved path linking Lake Street Beach to the Historic Gary Aquatorium in Marquette Park, where beaches, playgrounds, and dunes overlooking the Chicago skyline create the perfect family picnic spot.

Bike east on the Marquette Greenway Trail to connect to Indiana Dunes National Park, Indiana Dunes State Park, and other towns in Northwest Indiana. Get on a trail in 10 minutes from anywhere here!
In the mood for a baseball game? Catch the Gary Railcats — affordable and fun for the whole family. The new Hard Rock in Hammond and Michigan City are both close by, and you can jump on the South Shore and be in Downtown Chicago in about an hour!
