Welcome to The Tree House — a beautifully remodeled two-story home perched high on a magnificent dune in the quiet lakeside neighborhood of Shorewood Hills in Sawyer, MI. Spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, it offers a quiet retreat with easy access to everything the area has to offer.

INDOOR LIVING
Upon entry, guests are welcomed by a large entryway with hooks for coats and benches to sit and remove outerwear. To the left, a wonderful screened-in deck with comfortable wicker seating and a partial view of the lake. To the right, the spacious open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sectional and flat screen TV, and a cozy sitting area is situated around the fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space including a breakfast bar. The dining area features a beautiful solid wood farmer's table that seats eight — perfect for gathering over a long meal.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Master Bedroom — King bed, upper level, adjacent to main living area and full bathroom
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, ground floor, private entrance and direct garage access
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, ground floor, wooded yard views
Bedroom 4 — Two twin beds, ground floor, wooded yard views

A roomy full bathroom with double sinks is centrally located on the ground floor, and a full bathroom and laundry room are located on the upper level.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The screened-in deck with comfortable wicker seating is the perfect spot to enjoy the partial lake view and the sounds of nature. The wooded yard offers a peaceful and private setting for outdoor relaxation.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Tree House is less than a quarter mile to Lake Michigan with beach access just a block away. A short drive takes you to downtown Sawyer with its many shops, restaurants, and the Sawyer Garden Market where just about anything you need can be purchased. With so much to offer — comfort, quiet, and location — you will be hard pressed to find anything better

Booking Policy: Just like hotels, we require a valid credit card for a security & damage deposit hold 1 day before your stay. A signed rental agreement must also be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
